Search/matching inputs may include

- interests;
- language;
- availability;
- location/distance for in-person bookings;
- timezone for virtual bookings;
- price;
- rating and review confidence;
- verification;
- reliability/completion;
- repeat demand;
- response metrics.
Natural-language search
Rellova may use AI to translate a user’s free-text request into structured search criteria. The AI is not a substitute for the Customer’s judgment.
Reputation rankings
Top People and organic reputation rankings should use deterministic/versioned marketplace signals rather than allowing paid purchase of organic rank.
Safety decisions
AI may assist moderation and fraud detection, but severe permanent account action should receive appropriate human or rules-based review when the underlying evidence is uncertain.
Professional content
AI matching does not verify that a professional is appropriate to give regulated advice. Credential badges and service restrictions remain separate.
