This notice primarily applies to Rellova websites and web-based administrative/marketing experiences. Mobile SDK data is also described in the Privacy Policy.
Rellova may use:
- essential cookies/session storage;
- security/fraud cookies;
- preference/localization storage;
- analytics cookies/SDKs;
- marketing cookies only if later enabled and legally permitted.
Essential technologies are used to sign users in, secure sessions, prevent fraud, remember settings, and operate requested features.
If non-essential advertising/marketing tracking is introduced, Rellova should implement consent/opt-out controls required by applicable jurisdiction and honor applicable legally recognized opt-out signals where required.
Universal privacy signals and advertising controls
Rellova V1 is not designed around cross-context behavioral advertising. If Rellova later enables processing that is legally treated as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, the web properties will provide the required Privacy Choices control and honor recognized universal opt-out signals where applicable. Advertising/tracking SDKs must not be enabled until the corresponding notice, vendor registry, store disclosures, and opt-out logic are active.
