Rellova Customer Standards

Launch scope: United States and Canada; adults 18+ only.
Effective date: August 11, 2026
Customers agree to:
- use a real profile/photo;
- accurately describe the requested service;
- choose/approve the meeting location honestly;
- arrive on time;
- communicate delays;
- treat Providers respectfully;
- follow safety and property rules;
- pay only through Rellova for Rellova-originated bookings;
- not demand work beyond the agreed scope without an approved modification;
- not request illegal, sexual, discriminatory, dangerous, or unlicensed services;
- review honestly.
Providers may see Customer rating, reviews, completed bookings, member-since information, and verification badges before accepting requests.
Repeated no-shows, harassment, chargeback abuse, false reports, circumvention, or unsafe conduct may affect booking eligibility and account standing.
