Rellova In-Person Location, Travel & Clock-In Policy
Legal entity: Rellova LLC, an Illinois limited liability company.
Launch scope: United States and Canada; adults 18+ only.
Effective date: August 11, 2026
1. Meeting location before payment
A Customer proposes a meeting location using map/search. Provider may accept or counter-propose. Both must agree to the same location before final checkout.
2. Travel rules
Provider sets:
- maximum travel distance;
- included distance;
- travel pricing method/rate;
- private service origin.
Customer sees travel eligibility and the resulting fee before payment.
3. Location privacy
Provider’s exact home/service-origin address is private. Public profiles display only general service area/travel range.
4. Geofence
After payment, Rellova creates a configurable geofence around the mutually agreed meeting point.
Travel radius and clock-in geofence are different:
- travel radius determines whether Provider will take the job;
- geofence determines whether Provider is physically at the booking location.
5. Provider clock-in
Provider must tap “I’ve Arrived — Clock In.” Rellova verifies current coordinates, GPS accuracy, meeting coordinates, booking time window, and geofence eligibility server-side.
6. Billable start
Absent mutual early-start approval:
billable start = later of scheduled start or verified Provider clock-in.
7. Customer late
Customer’s failure to check in does not prevent a timely Provider’s paid time from beginning at scheduled start.
8. Provider late
Provider cannot bill while traveling to the meeting location. Late time before verified arrival is not billable.
9. GPS exception
If GPS is unreliable, Provider may request an exception. Customer may confirm Provider presence. Admin may review. Overrides are auditable.
10. Location change
After payment, location changes require mutual in-app approval and any necessary travel/price adjustment.
11. Fraud
GPS spoofing, fake arrival, intentional location manipulation, or timer manipulation is prohibited and may result in cancellation, withheld/reversed earnings where lawful, ranking consequences, or suspension.
