Moderation tools
Rellova may use deterministic filters, automated classification, human review, user reports, and fraud signals.
Automated systems should not be the sole basis for a severe irreversible penalty when context is materially uncertain, except where immediate temporary restriction is reasonably necessary for safety/security.
Possible actions
- warning;
- content block/removal;
- booking cancellation;
- loss of ranking eligibility;
- feature restriction;
- reverification;
- temporary suspension;
- permanent termination;
- referral to law enforcement where legally appropriate.
User-generated content controls
Rellova must provide in-app reporting and blocking and a reasonable process to act on objectionable content.
Transparency
Rellova may provide a general reason category for enforcement but may withhold sensitive fraud/safety details when disclosure would compromise safety or investigations.
