Customer Pricing
Before payment, Customers receive an itemized quote that may include:
- service subtotal;
- travel fee;
- Rellova Service Fee;
- taxes;
- discounts/credits;
- total and currency.
In-person final payment is not enabled until the meeting location is mutually agreed and travel pricing is finalized.
Platform Fees
Rellova charges both sides of the marketplace. The legally binding fees for a transaction are those shown before acceptance/payment.
Host Fee. Hosts pay a fixed 5% Rellova Host Fee on eligible earnings (service plus travel amounts). The Host Fee does not apply to tips.
Customer Rellova Service Fee. Customers pay a Rellova Service Fee calculated on the eligible booking subtotal (service plus travel amounts), based on the number of prior qualifying completed bookings between that Customer and that same Host:
- 20% on the first qualifying booking with a Host;
- 15% on qualifying bookings 2–5 with that Host;
- 10% on qualifying booking 6 and later with that Host.
Fee tiers are per Customer–Host relationship and directional. Only legitimate, paid, completed bookings count toward tier progression; declined, expired, unpaid, canceled-before-service, fraudulent, or fully refunded bookings do not. Each booking retains the fee terms in effect when it was booked.
Travel Fees
Host travel fees are shown separately. Both the 5% Host Fee and the Customer Rellova Service Fee apply to the travel component.
Tips
Tips are optional and 100% allocated to the Host. Neither the Host Fee nor the Customer Rellova Service Fee applies to tips, subject to unavoidable processing treatment and future disclosed changes.
Provider Payouts
Providers must maintain a valid connected payout account. Payout timing may be delayed for payment processing, fraud review, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, or legal requirements.
Taxes
Taxes may be collected where required. Users are responsible for taxes on their own income except amounts Rellova is legally required to collect, remit, withhold, or report.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Rellova may investigate and respond to chargebacks. Provider earnings may be adjusted where a refund, reversal, chargeback, or fraud event lawfully affects the underlying transaction.
