Rellova Prohibited Services Policy
Legal entity: Rellova LLC, an Illinois limited liability company.
Launch scope: United States and Canada; adults 18+ only.

The following may not be listed, requested, or performed through general Rellova V1:
Sexual/exploitative
- prostitution, escort services, sexual services, trafficking, pornography-for-hire.
Sexual Content and Services
Rellova does not prohibit consenting adults from forming personal or romantic relationships. However, Rellova may not be used to buy, sell, request, promote, or provide sexual content or sexual services.
Listings, requests, messages, or paid transactions for the following are prohibited, and may not be listed under any category (including TIME_SERVICE, FIXED_SERVICE, VIRTUAL_SESSION, PHYSICAL_GOOD) or any disguised category:
- nude video calls;
- explicit sexual performances;
- sexual acts;
- paid sexting;
- erotic roleplay;
- fetish services;
- sexual gratification;
- pornographic content;
- masturbation shows;
- sexualized paid companionship;
- escort services;
- prostitution.
Even where two adults consent, the sale of sexual activity or explicit sexual content through the marketplace is not a permitted transaction. Consent does not make a paid sexual transaction permissible on Rellova. Legitimate offerings such as dating advice, relationship coaching, confidence coaching, and sexual-health education remain permitted provided they do not become sexual-content transactions.
Illegal or dangerous goods/services
- illegal drugs;
- weapons sales or weapons-for-hire;
- criminal activity;
- violent services;
- evasion of law enforcement.
Minors
- childcare;
- services requested by or for minors;
- transportation of minors;
- sexual or exploitative content involving minors.
Regulated professional services not separately enabled
- medical diagnosis/treatment/prescribing;
- psychotherapy or clinical treatment;
- attorney-client legal representation;
- individualized regulated investment advice;
- regulated healthcare procedures.
Career mentoring and general educational discussion by professionals may be allowed when clearly distinguished from regulated services.
Regulated trades
Electrical, plumbing, contracting, towing, passenger transport, security, or other regulated services may be prohibited or limited unless Rellova has explicitly enabled the category and verified required licensing/insurance.
Safety-sensitive activity
Rellova may prohibit services involving extreme risk, hazardous chemicals, firearms, explosives, illegal surveillance, or other activity Rellova determines creates unacceptable safety/legal risk.
