Rellova Provider Standards
Legal entity: Rellova LLC, an Illinois limited liability company.
Launch scope: United States and Canada; adults 18+ only.
Effective date: August 11, 2026
Providers agree to:
- maintain an accurate real profile;
- list only services they can lawfully and safely perform;
- accurately state credentials;
- set truthful prices/travel rules;
- arrive at the mutually agreed location;
- clock in only after actual arrival;
- communicate delays;
- perform the agreed scope;
- keep Customer information private;
- use Rellova for payment/extensions/repeat bookings covered by Platform rules;
- maintain legally required licenses/insurance;
- avoid discrimination, harassment, sexual solicitation, threats, or retaliation;
- review Customers honestly.
Performance statistics including punctuality, completion, cancellation/no-show rate, repeat demand, response metrics, and ratings may influence rankings and discovery.
