Rellova Reviews, Ratings, Rankings & Top People Policy
Legal entity: Rellova LLC, an Illinois limited liability company.
Launch scope: United States and Canada; adults 18+ only.
Effective date: August 11, 2026
Eligible reviews
Only users who participated in an eligible completed paid booking may review the other participant.
Genuine experiences only
No fake reviews, fake bookings, purchased reviews, review rings, threats, retaliation, or review swapping.
Rellova will not offer an incentive conditioned on a review being positive or negative.
Removal/moderation
Rellova may remove or limit a review for reasons such as:
- no eligible underlying experience;
- fraud/manipulation;
- harassment/hate/threats;
- private information;
- extortion;
- irrelevant/spam content;
- legal obligation.
Rellova will not suppress a review merely because it is negative.
Ratings
Provider and Customer ratings are derived from eligible reviews and may include category-specific dimensions.
Rankings / Top People
Rellova may display:
- Top People in a city;
- Top by category in a city;
- Top in a state/province;
- Top in the United States;
- Top in Canada;
- Rising on Rellova;
- Top New Provider;
- Most Rebooked;
- percentile/rank badges.
Ranking factors
Ranking may consider quality and confidence of ratings, review volume, completed bookings, completion rate, verified punctuality, cancellation/no-show rate, repeat demand, response metrics, verification, profile completeness, and safety/policy standing.
A raw five-star average with one review does not automatically outrank an established Provider with substantial high-quality history.
No paid reputation rank
Providers cannot directly buy a reputation leaderboard position. If Rellova later offers clearly labeled sponsored placement, sponsored placement must be distinguishable from organic Top People/reputation ranking.
Anti-gaming
Fake bookings, self-booking, coordinated reviews, refunded transactions intended to boost rank, or duplicate-account manipulation may be excluded and investigated.
Not an endorsement
A rank, badge, or Top People designation is an algorithmic marketplace signal, not a guarantee of quality, safety, professional competence, or suitability.
