Rellova Third-Party Service Provider Disclosure
Legal entity: Rellova LLC, an Illinois limited liability company.
Launch scope: United States and Canada; adults 18+ only.
Effective date: August 11, 2026
Rellova may use third parties to operate the Platform. The public live list must be generated from or reconciled to production vendor configuration before launch and whenever vendors change.
Planned/possible categories and vendors:
- Hosting/database/authentication: Supabase and underlying cloud services
- Payments/payouts: Stripe / Stripe Connect
- Phone verification: Twilio Verify
- Identity verification: Persona or replacement provider
- Background screening: Checkr or country-appropriate replacement provider
- Maps/places/routing: Google Maps Platform or approved replacement
- Video: Daily or approved replacement
- Push notifications: Expo/Apple/Google delivery services
- Email delivery: only the production provider actually enabled in configuration
- Customer support: Rellova support workflow and any production support vendor actually enabled in configuration
- Analytics/crash reporting: only vendors actually enabled in production; do not list or initialize an analytics SDK unless the Privacy Policy and store disclosures cover it
For each production vendor maintain internally:
- legal entity/vendor name;
- purpose;
- data categories;
- processing locations;
- contract/DPA status;
- security review status;
- retention/deletion configuration;
- subprocessors where material;
- date added/removed.
Do not publish a vendor as “used” until actually integrated in production.
