Two-sided trust
Both Customers and Providers may have profile photos, ratings, reviews, account-age information, completed-booking history, and verification badges.
Safety tools
Rellova may offer:
- profile/identity verification;
- phone verification;
- background screening;
- professional credential status;
- geofenced Provider arrival;
- Customer arrival status;
- trusted-contact sharing;
- safety check-ins;
- report/block;
- dispute support;
- fraud/moderation systems.
Screening limits
Verification and screening reduce some risks but do not eliminate them. Users should use judgment, especially for first-time in-person meetings.
Recommended first-meeting safety
- choose a public place where practical;
- tell a trusted contact;
- keep communications on Rellova;
- do not disclose unnecessary private information;
- leave/end a booking if you feel unsafe;
- report serious conduct promptly.
Emergency situations
Rellova is not a police, fire, medical, or emergency dispatch service. App safety tools are supplemental and may fail due to network/device conditions.
Reporting
Serious reports are prioritized based on severity. Rellova may preserve relevant records and restrict accounts during investigation.
