Rellova U.S. State Privacy Notice
Legal entity: Rellova LLC, an Illinois limited liability company.
Launch scope: United States and Canada; adults 18+ only.
Effective date: August 11, 2026
This notice supplements the Privacy Policy for residents of U.S. states that provide applicable consumer privacy rights.
Depending on the law and whether Rellova meets applicable thresholds, rights may include:
- confirmation/access/know;
- correction;
- deletion;
- portability/copy;
- opt out of sale;
- opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising;
- limit certain sensitive-data uses;
- appeal a denied request;
- non-discrimination for exercising rights.
Categories
Rellova may process identifiers, profile information, transaction information, precise geolocation used for booking/clock-in, internet/device activity, user-generated content, professional information, identity/verification status, and sensitive information described in the Privacy Policy.
California
If Rellova is subject to the CCPA/CPRA, Rellova will maintain the disclosures and update cadence required by that law, including applicable categories, purposes, sources, recipients, retention criteria, and rights mechanisms. Rellova will implement “Do Not Sell or Share” and Global Privacy Control handling if its practices legally require them.
Sensitive data
Rellova does not intend to use precise geolocation, identity documents, biometric information, background-screening data, or financial information for unrelated behavioral advertising.
Requests
Submit requests through the in-app Privacy Request Center or the public /privacy/requests route. Rellova will verify requests to an appropriate degree and respond within applicable statutory periods.
Authorized agents
Where required, Rellova will accept authorized-agent requests subject to identity and authorization verification.
