Rellova Virtual Sessions Policy
Legal entity: Rellova LLC, an Illinois limited liability company.
Launch scope: United States and Canada; adults 18+ only.

Scope
Virtual bookings are one-to-one real-time services between eligible adults in the U.S. and Canada.
Meeting method
Confirmed virtual appointments occur through the secure Rellova-designated video room. Users should not require outside video tools for the purpose of avoiding Rellova payment, safety, or session controls.
Waiting room
A Join Video/Waiting Room button becomes available during the configured pre-session window. Participant identity and booking membership are validated before room token issuance.
Start time
Rellova records Provider and Customer join events. Default scheduled-session timing should not begin early unless both parties agree. Late/no-show rules are governed by the applicable booking policy.
Extensions
Additional time must be approved and paid through Rellova before the paid session is extended.
Recording
Rellova does not record video/audio by default. Users may not secretly record if doing so violates applicable law or another user’s rights. Rellova may prohibit recording entirely by Platform rule even where local law would otherwise allow it.
Conduct
All Community Standards, Platonic Companionship, professional-service restrictions, and anti-harassment rules apply during video sessions.
Sexual Content and Services
Rellova does not prohibit consenting adults from forming personal or romantic relationships. However, Rellova may not be used to buy, sell, request, promote, or provide sexual content or sexual services.
Virtual sessions may not include paid sexual performances, nudity for payment, explicit sexual activity, paid sexting, or other sexually explicit services. This policy is separate from, and does not affect, the no-recording default described above.
Emergency limitation
Virtual sessions are not emergency services. Users experiencing an emergency should contact appropriate local emergency resources.
