Delete Your Rellova Account

In the app (fastest): go to Profile > Legal & Safety Center > Delete my account — deletion happens immediately after you confirm your password.

From the web: if you can't access the app, submit the form below from the email address on your account. We will verify your identity, then process the deletion.

When your account is deleted, your profile and personal information are deleted or de-identified. Some records (for example payment, tax, dispute, or safety records) may be retained for a limited period where the law requires or permits it — see the Data Retention & Deletion Policy.

Open bookings must be completed or canceled before deletion is finalized.
